Air Jordan 11 “Space Jam” Packaging
This Holiday’s Air Jordan 11 Space Jam sneaker will be housed in a special box commemorating Michael Jordan’s 45 number, with the addition of Looney Tunes inspired art.
Originally released in 2001 but debuted in 1996’s Space Jam, the Air Jordan 11 “Space Jam” became one of the most important colorways within the Air Jordan 11 series as well as the most popular. The Air Jordan 11 last released in 2009 and is back featuring the number 45 on the heel instead of 23. It is also known that this particular release will be close to the original PE that Michael Jordan wore in 1996, as it will feature a higher patent leather cut, stitched 45, white liner (patent cut off) and a premium leather and mesh finish.
As for the packaging, The Air Jordan 11 “Space Jam” will be housed in a special box that doesn’t come out like a compartment like the past releases, and will feature a 45 label on the top. Looney Tunes inspired art will also be displayed on the box, alongside a galactic print on the inside. Lastly, box paper, two shoe cones finishes this Air Jordan 11 “Space Jam” packaging for a collectors item release.
The Air Jordan 11 “Space Jam”release date has been set for December 17th, 2016 for a retail price of $220 and will release at Jordan Brand retailers across the globe.
