KoF Mailbox: An Early Look At The Nike Air Jordan 4 White Cement 2016 Retro (Video)
By antisneakerhead - Feb 10, 2016
“Nike Air” is not bulletproof, as it turns out. Just because you slap on the original branding on a shoe and call it a remaster doesn’t mean people are going to buy them in bunches, as evidenced by the Air Jordan 6 Maroon. But what about when it’s a retro that people actually care about, like say the famous Air Jordan 4 White/Cement? A lot of sneakerheads would argue that the Cement 4 is one of the best – if not the best – pair of Air Jordans ever made. At the same time, they were also burned by the lack of quality in the 2012 retro. So while there is excitement for this release during NBA All-Star Weekend, there is also trepidation because of the quality factor and price hike to $220.
It looks like we will all find out this weekend what the final verdict from the sneaker community will be. But for now, check out our early look at the kicks courtesy of Lapstone and Hammer and hear our thoughts on the drop. Don’t forget to check out our Nike Air Jordan 4 White/Cement launch page for all the latest info, images and videos about this highly anticipated release.
